目的:提高脑卒中患者的生活质量,提高照顾者脑卒中护理方法及康复技巧。方法:针对脑卒中后造成的肢体瘫痪、情绪障碍、生活自理能力下降等,采取家庭访诊、电话随访、定期来院咨询等方法,对脑卒中患者家庭照顾者给予护理与康复指导。结果 :患者跌倒、压疮发生率明显降低,肢体功能、自理能力明显提高。结论:针对性地对脑卒中患者家庭照顾者实施护理指导及康复训练,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,提高健康水平。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the quality of life of stroke patients and to improve carer stroke care and rehabilitation skills. Methods: According to the methods of home visit, telephone follow-up, regular hospital consultation and so on, the nursing care and rehabilitation guidance for stroke caregivers were given according to the paralysis of the limbs caused by the stroke, the emotional disturbance and the decline of self-care ability. Results: The incidence of falls and pressure ulcers in patients decreased significantly, and their physical functions and self-care ability improved significantly. CONCLUSION: Targeted nursing guidance and rehabilitation training for stroke caregivers can effectively improve patients’ quality of life and improve their health.
