为了帮助企业转向“随需应变”的电子商务时代,IBM推出了帮助企业向“随需应变”转型的框架。该框架主要涉及五个方面:“客户与渠道合作伙伴”、“创新与产品开发”、“供应链与设计合作伙伴”、“组织结构”以及“优化技术”。当企业按照这5方面进行成功转型之后,就将成为具有“实时响应”、“可变的成本结构”、“专注于核心能力”和“坚韧不拔”能力的“随需应变”的企业。 2月21日,IBM中国公司在北京宣布推出e-business on demand的战略,IBM大中华区董事长兼首席执行总裁周伟焜将这一战略比喻为“引爆又一场IT的革命”,
To help businesses move to the “on-demand” era of e-business, IBM has introduced a framework that helps businesses move to “on demand.” The framework covers five main areas: Customer and Channel Partners, Innovation and Product Development, Supply Chain and Design Partners, Organizational Structure, and Optimization Techniques. As businesses transform successfully in these five areas, they will become “on demand” businesses with “real-time responsiveness,” “variable cost structures,” “focus on core capabilities,” and “perseverance.” On February 21, IBM China announced its e-business on demand strategy in Beijing.
