可压性淀粉和羟丙基甲基纤维素作为一种新型辅料已越来越广泛地应用于制剂生产。本文主要介绍可压性淀粉用于生产解决几个品种的崩解度和溶出度问题,以及羟丙甲纤维素作为单独或混合粘合剂用于提高药物溶出度、改善崩解度和增强颗粒可压性等方面的应用。1 可压性淀粉的应用可压性淀粉主要用作药物固体制剂的全粉末压片的干燥粘合剂,胶囊填充剂,湿法制粒粘合剂,它具有助流、崩解,粘合等多种功能。1.1 在 V_(B2)片处方中的应用 V_(B2)片由于加版药典增测溶出度后,旧处方已不适合。通过处方改进,以适量可压性淀粉和淀粉代替原处方中的糊精,不但片的外观,硬度显著改善,溶出度亦高于药典规定。结果见表1:
