自治区人大法制委员会立法咨询专家组2006年5月成立以来,专家们参与论证了20余部地方性法规,为自治区人大科学立法发挥了重要作用。今年3月28日,新一届立法咨询专家组再次组成。借助专家和专业优势解决立法难题,已成为自治区人大提高地方性立法质量的最佳选择。
Since its establishment in May 2006, the Legislative Advisory Group of the NPC Legislative Affairs Commission of the autonomous region has participated in the demonstration of more than 20 local laws and regulations and has played an important role in the scientific legislation of the NPC. March 28 this year, the new legislative advisory group formed again. Solving the legislative difficulties through the help of experts and specialists has become the best choice for the people’s congresses of autonomous regions to improve the quality of local legislation.
