当前,深化文化体制改革号角已在华夏大地有力吹响,一系列新的方针政策,为群众文化事业发展提出了新的要求和更高目标。本文从将群众文化纳入经济社会总体发展规划、融入文化市场体系和现代公共文化体系构建以及加强群众文化人才培养等方面,提出一些初步见解和举措。 At present, the deepening of the horn of cultural system reform has been vigorously sounded in the vast land of China. A series of new guidelines and policies have set new requirements and higher goals for the development of mass culture. This article puts forward some preliminary opinions and measures from including mass culture in the overall economic and social development planning, integrating into the cultural market system and the construction of the modern public cultural system, as well as strengthening the cultivation of mass cultural talents.
