近几年来,盐城市郊区在村级领导班子建设上,推出了政企勾兑的新做法.即把村主要干部与村办企业的厂(场)长、经理进行交叉兼职.实行这一做法使村级班子出现了前所未有的生机和活力,为经济欠发达地区搞好以党支部为核心的村级领导班子建设,促进经济和其他各项社会事业的快速发展探索出了一条新路.
