近年来对于工程上广泛应用的18Ni马氏体时效钢,在其各种强化机制和工艺方面进行了许多研究和报导。由于它的基体为超低碳马氏体(位错型),因而在工艺和综合性能方面显得十分优越。但就冷轧变形初始强度—100km/mm~(2) ,却高于其它类型超高强度钢。为了在2300普板冷轧机获得大型容器所需宽板,而研究了二次冷轧工艺对180级18Ni马氏体时效钢的组织和性能影响。
In recent years, widely used in engineering 18Ni maraging steel, in its various strengthening mechanisms and processes conducted many studies and reports. Because of its ultra-low carbon martensite matrix (dislocation type), it is superior in process and overall performance. However, the initial deformation strength of cold rolling -100km / mm ~ (2), but higher than other types of ultrahigh strength steel. In order to obtain the required width of large container for 2300 cold plate mill, the effect of secondary cold-rolling process on microstructure and properties of 180 grade 18Ni martensitic steel was studied.
