：
财务管理是保证企业正常运转的基础.对于国有企业来说,高效的财务管理工作不仅能帮助企业管理层了解运营状况,更能为企业重大经济决策提供依据.但是目前很多国有企业不重视财务管理工作,使得财务管理存在一些问题.本文主要分析了国有企业在财务管理中存在的管理制度不完善、预算不到位、资金使用不透明等问题,并提出改进对策来促进财务管理工作的开展.本文旨在为国有企业更好地提升财务管理水平、促进企业长期健康发展提供参考.
