本研究采集了南平地区183个土壤样品,采用美国EPA8080A方法、应用气相色谱仪(GC-ECD)分析了滴滴涕、六六六、艾氏剂等22种有机氯农药。检测结果如下:所有检测的土壤样品中均检出有机氯农药,其平均残留量为32.4ng/g,范围在2.9~348.1ng/g,变异系数为134%,显示出较大的离散性。南平地区土壤中的有机氯农药残留主要以六六六和滴滴涕为主,分别占有机氯农药总残留量的21%和36%。南平地区土壤中六六六残留量范围为1.05~208.9ng/g,平均6.9ng/g;滴滴涕含量为0.13~150ng/g,平均11.5ng/g。与国内外其它地区的土壤相比,南平地区的六六六与滴滴涕残留水平属中等水平。不同的土地利用类型的有机氯农药残留量存在显著差异,菜地土壤的有机氯农药残留量最高,其次为水田土壤,林地残留量最低。OCPs残留量较高的县(市)为建瓯市、建阳市、光泽县、顺昌县。
In this study, 183 soil samples from Nanping area were collected and analyzed by EPA8080A method. GC-ECD was used to analyze 22 kinds of organochlorine pesticides such as DDT, BHC and Aldrin. The results were as follows: All the soil samples were detected organochlorine pesticides, the average residual amount of 32.4ng / g, the range of 2.9 ~ 348.1ng / g, coefficient of variation of 134%, showing a larger dispersion. The residues of organochlorine pesticides in soils in Nanping area are mainly composed of BHC and DDT, accounting for 21% and 36% of the total residues of organochlorine pesticides respectively. Soil residues in Nanping ranged from 1.05 to 208.9ng / g, with an average of 6.9ng / g. DDT content was from 0.13 to 150ng / g with an average of 11.5ng / g. Compared with other parts of the country’s soil, Nanhui area BHC and DDT residues levels are medium. There were significant differences in the residues of organochlorine pesticides in different types of land use. The content of organochlorine pesticides in vegetable soil was the highest, followed by paddy soil, and the lowest in forest land. The counties (cities) with higher OCPs residues are Jianou City, Jianyang City, Guangze County and Shunchang County.
