报告６例重度食管胃吻合口狭窄经反复扩张无效病人的再手术治疗。手术方式采用狭窄部切除重新食管胃吻合４例；单纯食管胃吻合（转流术）２例。本组６例均获满意疗效。该手术关键在于分离局部粘连、游离狭窄的吻合口。手术指征的掌握、术前术后支持治疗也至关重要 The report of 6 cases of severe esophageal and anastomotic stenosis repeated dilatation and ineffective patient re-operation treatment.
