基础教育是培养创造性人才的关键阶段,中小学教师肩负着培养创造性人才的重任,因而中小学教师应充分利用现代教育理论,现代教学手段,改变以应试考试为目的的教学方法,着力培养学生的自学能力,动手能力,以及创新思维,为学生能够适应未来的发展打基础,为国家培养出跨世纪的创造性人才。笔者认为可从以下几个方面改革教学方法。
Elementary education is the key stage to cultivate creative talents. Primary and secondary school teachers shoulder the heavy responsibility of training creative talents. Therefore, primary and secondary school teachers should make full use of modern education theory, modern teaching methods, and change teaching methods aimed at examinations and examinations to cultivate students’ Self-learning ability, practical ability, as well as innovative thinking, for students to lay the foundation for future development, training for the country cross-century creative talent. The author thinks that teaching methods can be changed from the following aspects.
