目的 :应用放射性核素骨显像了解高强度体能训练后机体损伤情况。材料与方法 :随机抽取首次参加高强度体能训练 12周者 (初训组 )和经 1年适应训练者 (适应组 )各 35人 ,用99mTc MDP对其行全身骨显像以及相应部位X线摄片。结果 :初训组中 32人 12 1个浓聚灶 ,其中轻度浓度聚灶 93个 ,中度浓聚灶 2 8个。浓聚灶分布于股骨、胫骨和足部骨分别占 10 7%、33 7%和 5 2 9%。适应组 9人 18个轻度浓聚灶。 2 8个中度浓聚灶中仅 3个灶X线片有骨膜反应 ,轻度浓聚灶X线片均正常。结论 :高强度体能训练中肢体组织损伤普遍存在 ,大多位于下肢 ,其损伤与持续应力作用有关。99mTc MDP骨显像是早期诊断体能训练中组织损伤的敏感和准确的方法
Objective: To understand the damage of body after high-intensity physical training using radionuclide bone imaging. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-five (35%) first-time participants of high-intensity physical training for 12 weeks (initial training) and one-year adaptive training (adaptive) Photographs. Results: In the first training group, there were 12 1 concentrated stovepowder in 32 patients, 93 of which were mild concentration and 28 were moderate concentrating stovepipe. Foci distributed in the femur, tibia and foot bones accounted for 10 7%, 33 7% and 529%. Adaptation group of nine 18 mild concentration stove. In only 2 of 8 moderate concentration stoves, there were only 3 cases of x-ray with periosteal reaction, and mild concentration stove x-ray was normal. Conclusion: Limb injuries are common in high-intensity physical training, most of them are in the lower extremities. The injury is related to the continuous stress. 99mTc MDP Bone Imaging is a Sensitive and Accurate Method for Early Diagnosis of Tissue Injury in Physical Training
