因为遭遇雷暴雨,我乘坐的飞机辗转海口后延误了将近4个小时才抵达深圳宝安机场。总算把我接到的深圳中学办公室副主任文亦言老师问我的第一句话就是:“你来过深圳中学吗?”我说“算上这一次是六次了”。这一说,他的话匣子就打开了。亲历过深中两位王校长的两轮教育改革的文老师滔滔不绝地给我介绍学校的五大课程体系及其分别的用意,更给我透露了学校即将向社会公布的更深层次的综合评价改革。当发现我对深中师资队伍特别感兴趣时,他的话匣子更打开了,他来自东北,学校的老师来自五湖四海,因为各种各样的机缘巧合走到了一起,但有一点却是共性——怀揣着教育情怀,把深圳中学作为自己教育梦开始的地方。
