国民兵组训是国民政府兵役政策的一个重要方面。抗战前,国民政府就出台了相关法令法规,在一些省市举办了壮丁训练。抗战爆发后,又成立筹划实施国民兵役的机构,并不断对其组织进行调整。此项政策的实施有巩固其独裁统治的目的,但对抗战也发挥了一定的积极作用。
The national militia training is an important aspect of the military policy of the Kuomintang government. Before the war of resistance against Japan, the national government promulgated relevant laws and regulations, and held training sessions in some provinces and cities. After the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, they also set up a mechanism for planning the implementation of the national service and constantly adjusted their organizations.
