心跳停止后尸肾整块切取技术不同于脑死亡尸肾切取,它要求简便、快速、安全.我院自1989年初至1993年底,采用逐步形成的以“三人、三步”为特征的心跳停止后尸肾整块快速切取方法,共切取尸肾692个,行肾移植术671例次,切肾手术时间平均为5分半钟(3～7分钟),灌洗双肾时间平均为3分半钟(2～5分钟),肾血管、肾、输尿管损伤率2.4%,无法利用的占0.7%,可利用率为99.3%.行肾移植术后发生移植肾急性肾小管坏死的占2.2%,无移植肾感染.实践中体会到,此法能达到前述尸肾切取的要求,特予介绍.
