用红外光谱、元素分析、电子显微镜等技术研究了C_2H_2/CO/H_2O、C_2H_2/CO_2/H_2的等离子体聚合物薄膜的结构和表面形态,广角X射线衍射实验研究其结晶情况,分析观察了这两种等离子体聚合物的溶解性和热稳定性。结果表明,这两种等离子体聚合物薄膜具有高交联、支化程度,且分子链排列完全无序。
The structure and surface morphology of plasma polymer films of C_2H_2 / CO / H_2O and C_2H_2 / CO_2 / H_2 were studied by IR, elemental analysis and electron microscopy.
