采用物理模拟得到了GH4720Li合金的热变形特征,同时利用数值模拟研究了不同锻造工艺对GH4720Li盘锻件温度场、应力场、设备载荷等参数的影响规律,并通过实际锻造150mm的GH4720Li合金盘锻件进行了验证。结果表明,GH4720Li合金变形组织对温度、应变等参数非常敏感,采用普通锻造会造成温度应力分布不均,最终出现明显的组织不均匀现象。相对普通锻造,等温锻造工艺能够有效地消除冷模组织,提高GH4720Li合金盘锻件组织均匀性,并改善表面质量,是GH4720Li合金盘件制备的最佳锻造工艺。
The heat deformation characteristics of GH4720Li alloy were obtained by physical simulation. Meanwhile, the influences of different forging processes on the temperature field, stress field and equipment load of GH4720Li disk forging were studied by numerical simulation. The use of ordinary forging results in unequal distribution of temperature stress, which leads to obvious microstructure unevenness. Relatively normal forging, isothermal forging process can effectively eliminate cold tissue, GH4720Li alloy forgings to improve the homogeneity and improve the surface quality, GH4720Li alloy plate is the best forging process.
