目的:探讨康复护理干预措施在社区残疾患者中的护理效果。方法:选择2013年6月至2016年6月佛山市禅城区朝阳医院所属社区服务中心收治的110例肢体残疾患者,根据不同的护理措施,分为对照组与观察组,对照组应用常规护理干预措施,观察组应用康复护理干预措施。比较两组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、生存质量。结果:观察组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能以及生存质量均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区残疾患者中应用康复护理干预措施,可从整体上提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To explore the nursing effects of rehabilitation nursing interventions in community disabled patients. Methods: From June 2013 to June 2016, 110 cases of physically disabled patients admitted to Community Service Center of Chaoyang Hospital, Chancheng District, Foshan City were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing measures. The control group was treated with routine nursing Interventions, observation group applied rehabilitation nursing interventions. The body function, role function, emotion function, social function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results: The body function, role function, emotional function, social function and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of rehabilitation nursing interventions in community disabled patients can improve the quality of life of the patients as a whole.
