在MSC/C++7.0集成环境下成功的开发了一个焊接金相组织自动定量识别软件系统(WMSQRS)。该系统根据焊接金相组织的灰度特征和几何特征创造性的抽取了多个关键性的特征参数,利用模式识别原理建立了相应的识别函数和最小距离法分类器。利用该系统能够较好的对低碳钢、低合金钢焊接金相组织进行自动定量识别分析。其识别的可靠性、准确性和再现性能满足焊接定量金相的要求。这对于建立焊接接头成分、组织和性能之间的定量关系,合理地选择焊接材料,制定工艺参数,提高焊接质量,发展定量焊接冶金具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
In the MSC / C ++ 7.0 integrated environment successfully developed a welding metallographic structure automatic quantitative identification software system (WM SQRS). According to the grayscale feature and the geometric feature of the welded microstructure, this system creatively extracts a number of key feature parameters, and uses the pattern recognition principle to establish the corresponding recognition function and the minimum distance classifier. The system can be used to automatically identify the low-carbon steel, low alloy steel welding metallurgical structure quantitative analysis. Its recognition of reliability, accuracy and reproducibility meet the requirements of the quantitative metallographic welding. This has important theoretical significance and practical value for establishing the quantitative relationship between the composition, the organization and the performance of the welded joint, selecting the welding material reasonably, setting the process parameters, improving the welding quality and developing the quantitative welding metallurgy.
