以室内饲养的敏感品系(S)和选育的抗溴氰菊酯品系(R)家蝇成虫为试虫,用生物方法测定了十种拟除虫菊酯和七种有机磷杀虫剂的毒力,比较了它们的交互抗性情况。结果表明,辛硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷、喹硫磷、乐果、甲基毒死蜱、杀螟松等有机磷杀虫剂与溴氰菊酯等拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂没有交互抗性。只有敌敌畏(抗性比3.21)有轻微交互抗性。拟除虫菊酯之间的交互抗性表现出明显的差异。溴氰菊酯(抗性比24.00)、氯氰菊酯(抗性比20.11)、顺式氯氰菊酯(抗性比38.10)、二氯苯醚菊酯(抗性比11.04)有较严重的交互抗性;氰戊菊酯(抗性比4.64)、戊菊酯(抗性比4.49)、氰戊菊酯 A(抗性比5.97)和氟氰菊酯(抗性比4.12)有中等交互抗性;FMC 54800(抗性比1.98)、氰戊菊酯Aα(抗性比2.04)有很轻微的交互抗性。讨论了结构与抗性的关系。
The toxicity of ten pyrethroid insecticides and seven organophosphate insecticides was determined biologically using the susceptible strain (S) indoors and the selected adults of deltamethrin-resistant (R) housefly as test insects , Compared their interaction resistance situation.
