本文从合同管理制度,合同签订、履行,合同档案管理等方面展开分析,阐述工程合同管理过程中存在的突出问题,提出工程合同精细化管理的必要性,建议一方面通过制度建设的精细化管理,另一方面通过合同各阶段精细化控制,运用精细化管理的思路来解决当前合同管理中存在的缺陷,对工程合同实现全方位精细化管理,充分发挥“合同经济”在工程项目中的重要作用,使合同审核、签订、履行等流程规范化,项目管理全过程精细化,企业契约经济个性化,满足企业在不同经济环境下对合同管理的各种要求,提高国有企业经营管理的效益。
