本文从电子的相对论运动方程和能量方程出发,详细分析了迴旋佩尼管内的束波互作用,提出了适用于任意TE_(mn)模和任何次迴旋谐波工作的大信号理论。计算机模拟表明,这种器件具有电子效率高、工作磁场低的突出优点。从而开拓了毫米波迴旋脉塞器件的更广泛的应用前景。
Based on the relativistic equations of motion and energy equation, this paper analyzes the interaction of the beam and the wave in the cyclotron tube in detail, and proposes a large-signal theory suitable for any TEmn mode and any sub-harmonic harmonic wave. Computer simulation shows that this device has the outstanding advantages of high electron efficiency and low working magnetic field. Thus opening up a broader application prospect of millimeter wave gyroscope device.
