对2013年“中国最具国际影响力科技学术期刊”的遴选结果进行分析,探讨入选期刊的SCI收录情况、学科分布及文种等,分析学科、文种等对期刊发展水平的影响。认为CNKI-JCR 2013的推出可使我国学术论文评价体系摆脱对国外引证评价体系的过度依赖,提出应该加强评价结果的宣传以减少优质稿源的外流,完善评价体系以打造具有国际影响力的期刊群,以及最具影响力科技学术期刊的遴选应不受限于文种和期刊的专业化程度等建议。
This paper analyzes the selection results of “China’s Most Influential International Academic Journals” in 2013, and discusses the SCI coverage of selected journals, the distribution of disciplines and the types of Chinese journals, and analyzes the influence of disciplines and cultural quotations on the development of journals. It is concluded that the launch of CNKI-JCR 2013 can free our evaluation system of academic dissertations from being overly dependent on the foreign citation evaluation system. It is suggested that the promotion of evaluation results should be strengthened so as to reduce the outflow of high-quality sources and improve the evaluation system to create journals with international influence The selection of groups, as well as the most influential scientific and technical journals, should not be limited to proposals such as the specialization of Chinese and periodicals.
