本项研究用克山病病区与非病区粮喂养大鼠14周,做~(54)Mn示踪代谢实验,观察2日和7日时血液、心、肝、脾、肾、肌肉和骨骼对~(54)Mn(MnCl_2)吸收、分布以及从粪、尿中排除情况。结果表明,克山病病区组大鼠各种组织脏器对~(54)Mn 的吸收率普遍低于非病区组,其中以血液、肝、脾、肾、肌肉差异尤为显著,而粪尿中~(54)Mn 排除则明显高于非病区组。证实克山病病区粮可引起机体锰代谢的改变。我们认为克山病病区粮中高锰对发病的作用值得深入探讨。
In this study, rats of Keshan disease and non-ward were fed for 14 weeks, and ~ (54) Mn tracer was tested for metabolism. Blood, heart, liver, spleen, kidney and muscle Bone to ~ (54) Mn (MnCl 2) absorption, distribution and exclusion from the feces and urine. The results showed that the uptake rate of ~ (54) Mn in organs and tissues of Keshan disease group was generally lower than that of non-disease group, especially in blood, liver, spleen, kidney and muscle, Excretion of ~ (54) Mn in urine was significantly higher than non-ward group. Confirmed Keshan disease ward can cause the body manganese metabolism changes. We think that the role of high manganese in food of Keshan disease wards should be discussed in depth.
