社会经济的快速发展带动了建筑行业的迅猛发展,但人口众多、土地资源有限的基本现实情况和资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设需要使越来越多的绿色高层建筑成为当前主要的建设类型,也逐渐成为城市中最常见的建筑类型。当前,国家在发展经济的同时开始注重环境保护工作,并提出了可持续发展战略,尽可能地实现人与自然、社会与环境协调发展。本文从绿色建筑和剪力墙的含义出发,分析了高层剪力墙结构设计的基本原则,并提出了几条关于优化高层建筑剪力墙结构设计的措施。
The rapid development of the social economy has led to the rapid development of the construction industry. At present, while developing economy, the state has begun to pay attention to environmental protection and put forward a strategy of sustainable development so as to realize the coordinated development of man and nature, society and the environment as much as possible. Based on the meaning of green building and shear wall, this paper analyzes the basic principles of structural design of high-rise shear wall and puts forward some measures to optimize the structural design of shear wall of tall building.
