目的以十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)为待分析组分,将斜投影-空间夹角判据与紫外光谱结合建立一种复方消毒剂、洗手液中苯扎氯铵定量分析新方法。方法首先用斜投影将1227纯光谱信号从苯扎氯铵混合物中提取,得到标准光谱矩阵,采用高效液相色谱-紫外光谱联用获取样品背景光谱矩阵;然后根据空间夹角判据建立复方消毒剂、洗手液中1227的分析模型。并以高效液相色谱法作为对比方法优化各模型参数。结果模型方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于5.86%,回收率在100.05%~102.58%,以所建模型预测同类样品中1227含量,预测值与高效液相色谱法检测结果接近,相对误差不大于4.63%。结论斜投影-空间夹角判据结合所建模型可准确预测样品中待测组分含量,该方法可用于得不到待测组分纯标准品时的物质检测。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize a compound disinfectant with dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1227) as the component to be analyzed, combining the criterion of oblique projection-space angle with ultraviolet spectrometry Quantitative analysis of new methods. Methods Firstly, the 1227 pure spectral signal was extracted from the benzalkonium chloride mixture by oblique projection to get the standard spectral matrix, and the sample background spectral matrix was obtained by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet spectroscopy. Then the compound disinfection 1227 analysis model of the agent, hand sanitizer. The parameters of each model were optimized by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the model method was not more than 5.86% and the recoveries ranged from 100.05% to 102.58%. The 1227 content in the same sample was predicted by the model. The predicted value was close to that of the HPLC method. The relative error was not Greater than 4.63%. Conclusion The oblique projection - space angle criterion combined with the model can accurately predict the content of the analyte in the sample. This method can be used to detect the substance when the pure standard of the analyte is not obtained.
