利用腹腔注射酪蛋白,激活腹腔内磷脂酶A2(PLA2),收集腹腔内增多的多形核白细胞(PMN),测定细胞化学发光(CL)。结果发现,1%酪蛋白30ml注射大鼠腹腔15h后,腹腔PMN显著增多,PLA2浓度和活性明显增加,由PMA诱发的PMN-CL明显减低;而加热灭活后同量的酪蛋白不能导致上述变化。进一步还发现,PLA2激动剂A23187和抑制剂溴己酮、氯喹在体外可促进和抑制外周血PMN-CL。上述结果提示,PLA2活性对PMN-CL有显著的调节作用。
Intraperitoneal injection of casein activated intraperitoneal phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and collected peritoneal proliferating polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN). Cytochemiluminescence (CL) was measured. The results showed that peritoneal PMN increased remarkably after 30ml of 1% casein injection in rat abdominal cavity for 15h, PLA2 concentration and activity increased obviously, and PMN-CL induced by PMA decreased significantly. However, the same amount of casein after heat inactivation did not lead to the above mentioned Variety. It was further found that the PLA2 agonist A23187 and inhibitors of hexamethonium, chloroquine in vitro can promote and inhibit peripheral blood PMN-CL. The above results suggest that PLA2 activity has a significant regulatory effect on PMN-CL.
