以丁香树叶提取液为还原剂,在PVP保护下制备了钯纳米催化剂,并通过正交实验,筛选了丁香树叶提取液与PVP用量和还原温度等制备条件。考察了Suzuki偶联反应中碱、溶剂、溶剂与水比例、反应时间等反应条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明:当反应过程中碱为K_2CO_3、溶剂为EtOH/H_2O(体积比1∶1)、反应温度为60℃、催化剂用量为底物的0.01mmol%时,催化对溴甲苯与苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应产物收率达到99.08%。
The clove leaf extract was used as reducing agent to prepare palladium nano-catalyst under the protection of PVP. Through orthogonal experiment, the preparation conditions of clove leaf extract, PVP dosage and reducing temperature were screened. The effects of reaction conditions such as base, solvent, solvent and water ratio, reaction time on Suzuki coupling reaction were investigated. The experimental results show that when the reaction temperature is K 2 CO 3, the solvent is EtOH / H 2 O (volume ratio 1: 1), the reaction temperature is 60 ℃ and the catalyst dosage is 0.01 mmol% of the substrate, Suzuki coupling reaction product yield of 99.08%.
