于2007-2008年连续2 a采用性诱剂诱捕法,对云南柯街地区桔小实蝇种群动态进行了全年监测,并就气象因子及寄主植物对种群数量变动的影响进行了综合分析。结果表明:桔小实蝇在柯街地区全年发生,冬季种群数量较低,夏季种群数量高,且种群增长呈单峰型,高峰期出现在7月或8月。相关分析表明,月平均温度、月平均最低温度、月平均最高温度、月降雨量等是影响桔小实蝇种群数量变化的主要气象因子。主成分分析、回归分析等结果揭示,温度是影响桔小实蝇种群数量变动的关键因子。当地寄主种类多,种植面积大,挂果时间长,为桔小实蝇提供丰富的食物资源,是桔小实蝇种群数量变动的重要原因之一。
The sex trapping trapping method was adopted for two consecutive years from 2007 to 2008 to monitor the population dynamics of Trichoplusas inseceride in Kejie area of Yunnan Province for the whole year. The effects of meteorological factors and host plants on population dynamics were also analyzed. The results showed that the fruit fly occurred in Kejie area throughout the year, with a lower winter population, a higher summer population, and a monomodal population growth. The peak appeared in July or August. Correlation analysis showed that monthly mean temperature, monthly mean minimum temperature, monthly mean maximum temperature, monthly rainfall and so on were the main meteorological factors that affected the population change of the fruit fly. The results of principal component analysis and regression analysis revealed that temperature was the key factor that affected the population dynamics of the fruit fly. It is one of the important reasons for the change of the population quantity of Trichosanthes fulvus because there are many kinds of host, large planting area and long fruiting time, which provide rich food resources for Trichosanthes fulmarus.
