霍山石斛的人工栽培野生苗和定植4年后的试管移栽苗。在25±0.5℃时光饱和点分别为213.7μmolm~(-2)s~(-1)和223.9μmolm~(-2)s~(-1),光补偿点均为50μmolm~(-2)s~(-1)。野生苗的光呼吸和暗呼吸各占总光合的1/4以上。相对湿度是影响光合的主要因子。野生苗总叶绿素含量高于移栽苗,但其叶绿素a和b的比值却比移栽苗低。
Huoshan Dendrobium artificial cultivation of wild seedlings and planting 4 years after the tube transplant seedlings. At 25 ± 0.5 ℃, the light saturation points were 213.7μmolm -2 s -1 and 223.9μmolm -2 s -1, respectively, and the light compensation points were both 50μmolm -2 s -1 ~ (-1). Wild seedlings of light breathing and dark breathing each accounted for more than 1/4 of the total photosynthesis. Relative humidity is the main factor affecting photosynthesis. The total chlorophyll content of wild seedlings was higher than that of transplanting seedlings, but the ratio of chlorophyll a and b was lower than that of transplanted seedlings.
