目的建立黄精饮片5-HMF含量测定的方法;方法采用80%乙醇提取,以5-HMF为对照品,检测波长为284 nm,用紫外-可见分光光度计测定吸收值;结果5-HMF质量浓度在(1.56~5.2ug)范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=6.4468x+0.1312(R2=0.9994,n=8);平均回收率为100.37%,RSD=2.31%;结论该方法简便快捷,可行性、重复性好,可用于黄精中5-HMF的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of 5-HMF in Huang Jing Pieces. The method was extracted with 80% ethanol and detected with 5-HMF at 284 nm. The absorbance was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that 5-HMF concentration The linear regression equation was y = 6.4468x + 0.1312 (R2 = 0.9994, n = 8) with the average recovery of 100.37% and RSD = 2.31% in the range of (1.56 ~ 5.2ug) The method is simple, rapid, feasible and reproducible and can be used for the determination of 5-HMF in Polygonatum.
