将尖海龙用水、磷酸缓冲液、40%乙醇、水煎4种不同方法进行提取,再将4种不同提取物分别作用于Hela、GLT-82、SK-RB-3细胞系,于加药后1d、2d、3d倒置显微镜观察细胞的形态变化,四种提取物3种肿瘤细胞系均有杀伤,且随加药浓度的增加、时间的延长,杀伤效力增强.加药后3d,用MTT法测定细胞的存活率,几种提取方法结果相差不大,对海龙的有效抗癌成分仍不能进行准确的定位,推测海龙的抗癌成分可能不是大分子.也不是脂溶性物质,可能是水溶性的小分子物质.“,”The S. acus Linnaeus was handled with cool water, 40%ethanol and water frying. The different extracts were acted on oncocyte Hela, GLT-82 and SK-RB-3. We observed the shape changes of oncocyte by invesion microscope 1d, 2d, 3d after medication. The result indicated that the four extracts all have the killing oncocyte effect and the killing efficacy builds up with the medicine consistence rising and with the time prolonging. On the 3rd after medication, we de-trmined the live rate of oncocyte by means of MTT. The difference between the four extracts is not remarkable. The valid anti-cancer ingredient of S. acus Linnaeus can not be located in precise terms. We guess that the valid anti-cancer ingredient may be water-solubility micro-molecule material.
