在吸10.5%的低氧混合气15min前后,观察了60名战斗机飞行员循环内皮细胞数目的变化和形态学的改变,结果实验前的数目为1.03±0.48(个/μl);实验后为3.73±0.57(个/μl),发生了明显的改变。并观察到实验后年轻内皮细胞的脱落明显增多,与飞行员生活的习惯有一定的相关性。结果表明:在急性呼吸低氧以后对血管内皮细胞造成一定的损害。这可以用来解释飞行员的职业病。
Changes in the number of circulating endothelial cells and morphological changes of 60 fighter pilots were observed before and after the hypoxia mixture inhaled at 10.5% for 15 min.
