目的初步了解新疆地产5种中药材红花、甘草、贝母、沙棘、驱虫斑鸠菊中砷、汞、铅、镉含量,以期为这5种中药材的质量控制和临床上的安全用药提供科学依据。方法采用微波消解法消解中药材样品后,用原子荧光法测定其中的砷、汞、铅、镉含量。结果对于所测元素,砷、汞、铅、镉标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.999 42、0.999 50、0.999 51、0.999 52;利用该方法检测5种中药中砷、汞、铅、镉含量均未超标,符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2005)的规定。结论该方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药材中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法。
Objective To understand the content of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium in safflower, licorice, Fritillaria, seabuckthorn and Vernonia litura of five kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Xinjiang real estate for the purpose of quality control and clinical safe medication Scientific basis. Methods After microwave digestion was used to digest Chinese herbal medicine samples, the content of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium in them were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium were 0.999 42,0.999 50,0.999 51,0.999 52, respectively. The contents of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium in the five kinds of traditional Chinese medicines Exceeds the standard, in line with the “People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” (2005) requirements. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive. It provides a better method for the determination of heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine.
