Our Constitution stipulates that citizens have the right and obligation to be educated. The Education Law stipulates that educated persons shall have equal rights according to law in terms of admission, further studies and employment. However, in the past, going to school in rural areas was a difficult task for rural children who came to cities with working parents. This is an inequality, a deprivation of the right to education of migrant children. Today, the ice has finally been washed away by the tide of reform and opening up. Migrant children can go to school in the city. Some public schools in Wuhan also canceled their borrowing fees and opened the door to migrant children. This is undoubtedly a good thing, its significance is trivial.
