目的:研究丹楂祛脂胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏组织病理、血脂、肝功能、血糖及肾功能的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料联合氧四环素腹腔注射法建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,同时分别给予不同剂量的丹楂祛脂胶囊,观察肝组织病理形态的变化,测定肝组织总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、氮(BUN)以及血高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、肌酐(CRE)、血糖(GLU)含量的变化。结果:大鼠在应用丹楂祛脂胶囊治疗后,脂肪肝程度积分较模型对照组明显降低,TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST、BUN水平较模型对照组均有显著降低(P<0.01);CRE、GLU与模型组比较没有差异。结论:丹楂祛脂胶囊能明显改善高脂饮食诱导的大鼠肝组织脂肪变性及肝脏的病理学组织变化,这可能是其治疗高脂饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝的作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the effects of Danzhizhi Capsule on liver tissue pathology, lipids, liver function, blood glucose and renal function in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. METHODS: Fatty liver model was established by intraperitoneal injection of high-fat diet combined with oxytetracycline. Different doses of Danzhizhi capsules were given at the same time to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue. Total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride in liver were measured. Ester (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), nitrogen (BUN), and blood high-density lipoprotein (HDL-c) Changes in creatinine (CRE) and blood glucose (GLU) levels. RESULTS: After treatment with Danzhizhi capsule, the scores of fatty liver in rats were significantly lower than those in the model control group, and the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ALT, AST and BUN were significantly lower than those in the model control group (P< 0.01); There is no difference between CRE, GLU and model group. Conclusion: Danzhizhi Capsules can significantly improve the hepatic steatosis and liver histopathological changes induced by high-fat diet in rats, which may be one of the mechanisms for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver induced by high-fat diet.
