我们乐山市化工厂是一个生产烧碱和氯产品的工厂。1980年底投产时生产能力只有1000吨烧碱和相应的氯产品,固定资产138万元,二百多名职工。由于管理不善,思想政洽工作薄弱,1984年前连年亏损。企业整顿后,新领导班子一手抓生产经营,一手抓思想政治工作,厂长和支部书记紧密配合,全厂上下一条心,干部和工人苦干、实干,很快使我厂扭亏转盈,连续五年产值递增,利润年年翻番。今年上半年商品产值达524.49万元。利润42.6万元,半年全员劳动生产率为6416元/人,创我厂历史最好水平。
