高职高专教育事业在近年来得到了迅速的发展,对高等教育事业的发展做出了巨大的贡献,对于提升劳动者的综合素质,发扬社会主义精神文明,促进经济水平的发展起到了非常积极的意义。按照人力资源管理课程教学目标定位为与精品课程建设的有关要求,本文就人力资源管理精品课程的开发与建设进行了研究,并对人力资源管理精品课程建设中案例教学意义、案例选择原则、案例教学组织实施、案例教学手段综合运用等问题进行了分析。
