日益与国际接轨的酒店业对旅游院校酒店管理专业学生的专业英语水平提出了更高的要求。探索对专业课程实行双语教学的必要性,可以为改善教学手段、提高专业教学质量提供参考,本文通过对“调酒与酒吧管理”基于情景体验式双语教学模式进行了研究,对其在课程教学的具体运用提出了方法和对策。
