我局在日常监督检查中发现“北京紫然程科技有限公司”等458家医疗器械经营企业,存在《医疗器械经营企业许可证》有效期届满未申请换证、或无法取得联系,公示3个月后仍无联系,且企业未提出注销《医疗器械经营企业许可证》申请。依据相关法律、法规,现将“北京紫然程科技有限公司”等458家企业的《医疗器械经营企业许可证》予以注销(详见附件)。被注销《医疗器械经营企业许可证》的企业,自注销之日起应当停止医疗器
In the daily supervision and inspection of our bureau, 458 medical device operators such as “Beijing Purple Ran Technology Co., Ltd.” were found, and there was a failure to apply for renewal or expiration of the validity period of the “Medical Device Business License” After months still no contact, and the company did not propose to cancel the “medical device business license” application. According to relevant laws and regulations, the “Medical Device Business License” of 458 enterprises such as “Beijing Purple Ran Technology Co., Ltd.” is hereby canceled (for details, see the attachment). Enterprises that have been canceled the “Medical Device Business License” should stop the medical device from the date of cancellation
