本文采用化学和薄层色谱法,分别对新感1号片的主要成分进行鉴别。试验表明,方法简便,重现性好,专属性强,空白无干扰可做为本品质量控制标准。
In this paper, chemical and thin-layer chromatography were used to identify the main components of Xinyin No. 1 tablet. The test shows that the method is simple, reproducible, specific and non-interference can be used as quality control standards for this product.
