目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达对肿瘤血管的促增殖作用和二者对肿瘤转移,患者预后的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学法,兔抗人第Ⅷ因子相关抗原抗体标记血管内皮细胞;抗VEGF多克隆抗体标记VEGF。结果食管鳞状细胞癌中VEGF表达为58.9%。正常食管组织中无表达;VEGF表达阳性的肿瘤血管密度[(59.43±14.11)个/mm2]明显高于阴性组[(46.67±10.27)个/mm2];肿瘤血管密度,VEGF与食管癌的转移明显正相关(P<0.05),二者和癌症患者的术后生存时间明显相关(P<0.01)。结论食管鳞状细胞癌组织中VEGF的表达和肿瘤血管密度可作为判断肿瘤患者预后不良的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression on tumor angiogenesis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its effect on tumor metastasis and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to label vascular endothelial cells with rabbit anti-human factor VIII related antigen antibody; anti-VEGF polyclonal antibody was used to label VEGF. Results The expression of VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 58.9%. There was no expression in normal esophageal tissues; the vascular density of tumors with positive expression of VEGF was (59.43±14.11)/mm2, which was significantly higher than that of the negative group (46.67±10.27)/mm2; tumor vascular density, VEGF and esophageal cancer metastasis. There was a significant positive correlation (P<0.05), both of which were significantly associated with the postoperative survival time of cancer patients (P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of VEGF and tumor vascular density in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma can be used as an important indicator to predict the prognosis of tumor patients.
