当前,商业战线正在深化体制改革,一批企业实行“六自主”经营机制后,企业陡添活力,带来勃勃生机,受到广大干部、职工的欢迎。然而,也有部份职工在“六自主”改革中产生了种种不平衡心态,主要有: 一怕失去依靠。“六自主”改革的核心是用工制度与分配制度的改革,其突破口是打破“三铁”,形成职工能进能出、干部能上能下、工资能高能低的竞争机制。面对这样的机制,每个职工理应引起强烈的警觉,产生强烈的危机感和责任感。但事实却有些相悖,有相当一部份职工对这种机制反响并不强烈。在被调查的284名职工中,约45%的职工至今对“六自主”改革的意义还不十分了解,表现出漠不关心的态度。认为我们是社会主义国家,工人是企业的主人,不管怎么改,总归有饭吃。这种无所谓态度,其实质是一种
