本文报告13例并高甘油三酯、高β脂蛋白血症和25例并高胆固醇血症的糖尿病人血清10种微量元素(Ba、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Mo、Sr、Ti、Zn)的测定结果。结果显示:1.并高甘油三酯和高β脂蛋白血症的糖尿病人的血mg、Zn、Mo、Ba、Ti水平显著低于健康人,但与血脂正常的糖尿病人比较却无显著差异。2.并高胆固醇血症的糖尿病人的血mg、Zn、Mo、Ba、Ti水平显著低于健康人。3.并高甘油三酯血症和并高β脂蛋白血症的糖尿病人血Sr水平显著高于血脂正常的糖尿病人和健康人,且Sr水平的升高与血甘油三酯水平呈正相关关系(r=0.532,P<0.01)。本文对以上结果进行了初步的分析并推测Sr的升高可能是糖尿病人血脂质代谢紊乱的因素之一。
In this paper, we report the contents of 10 trace elements (Ba, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Sr and Ti) in 13 patients with hypertriglyceridaemia, hyperbetalipoproteinemia and 25 hypercholesterolemia , Zn) measurement results. The results showed that: 1. The blood levels of mg, Zn, Mo, Ba, Ti in diabetic patients with hypertriglyceridemia and hyperbetalipoproteinemia were significantly lower than those in healthy people, but no significant difference compared with those with normal blood lipids . 2. And hypercholesterolemia in diabetic patients with blood mg, Zn, Mo, Ba, Ti levels were significantly lower than healthy people. Serum Sr levels in diabetic patients with hypertriglyceridemia and hyperbetalipoproteinemia were significantly higher than those with normal blood lipids and healthy persons, and the increase of Sr level was positively correlated with the level of triglyceride (r = 0.532, P <0.01). This article conducted a preliminary analysis of the above results and speculate that elevated Sr may be one of the factors of dyslipidemia in diabetic patients.
