目的探讨老年牙源性口腔炎的治疗及预防保健效果。方法选择2015年3月—2017年6月该院收治的40例老年牙源性口腔炎患者,对照组患者采取常规治疗方式进行治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上针对患者采取口腔预防保健措施,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率90.0%,对照组患者治疗有效率75.0%,观察组患者治疗效果显著好于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对老年牙源性口腔炎患者,采取常规治疗措施结合预防保健教育,能够显著提高患者实际治疗效果,帮助患者更快的康复,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the treatment of elderly odontogenic stomatitis and its preventive and therapeutic effects. Methods From March 2015 to June 2017, 40 elderly patients with odontogenic stomatitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional therapy. The patients in the observation group were given oral preventive health care based on routine treatment Measures to compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of treatment was 90.0% in observation group and 75.0% in control group. The treatment effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients with odontogenic stomatitis, the conventional treatment combined with preventive health education can significantly improve the actual treatment of patients, to help patients recover faster, it is worth popularizing the clinical application.
