目的探索北京市人群对热浪关注度水平以及影响关注度的因素。方法于2013年采用面对面问卷调查获取北京A区637人和B区591人热浪关注度水平,并利用统计软件对调查数据进行统计分析,主要包括描述性统计分析与多因素logistic回归分析,以获得北京市不同人群对热浪关注度以及影响因素。结果北京市人群对热浪关注度平均得分为4.58分。其中B区得分(4.49)低于A区得分(4.66),年龄在60岁以上、教育水平在大学以上、家庭月人均收入在1 401~5 000元水平、患有慢性病的患者、有热浪经历的人群对热浪关注度较高。logistic回归分析显示年龄、家庭收入、教育程度、家中有无空调、是否经历过热浪是人群关注度的影响因素。结论年龄、教育程度、家庭收入、有无空调、热浪经历等因素显著影响人群对热浪关注度水平,因此,针对热浪健康风险的政策性建议应对关注度不同的人群采取不同的热浪健康宣传和防护指导。
Objective To explore the crowd awareness of heat waves in Beijing and the factors that influence the degree of attention. Methods In 2013, a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted to get the level of heat wave attention of 637 people in Beijing A and 591 people in B, and the statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data, including descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis Concern about heatwaves of different people in Beijing and its influencing factors. Results The average attention rate of the crowd to Beijing was 4.58 points. Among them, the score of B area (4.49) is lower than that of area A (4.66), the age is over 60 years old, the education level is above university, the per capita income of family is between 1 401-5 000 yuan, patients suffering from chronic diseases have heat wave experience Of the people concerned about the heat wave higher. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, family income, educational level, whether there is home air-conditioning, whether experienced heat waves is the crowd’s attention factors. Conclusion The age, education level, family income, air-conditioning and heatwave experience have significant influence on people’s attention to heat waves. Therefore, the policy recommendations on the health risks of heat waves should adopt different heat wave health promotion and protection guide.
