患儿男,3天,全身发绀16小时。第一胎足月顺产,出生体重2500克,哭声响亮,无羊水污染窒息现象。生后9小时发现患儿全身青紫,呼吸急促。经给氧、输液、抗炎等治疗,不见好转。母在妊娠期体健,否认患过任何疾病及服药史,无放射线接触史。体检:体温38℃,呼吸68～72次/分,脉搏122次/分,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻罗音,心音有力,心率122次/分,各瓣膜区未闻及杂音,腹软,肝肋下2厘米,脾未触及,脊柱四肢活动
