本文介绍了一种利用梯度力从矿渣中回收低品位的非铁磁性组分(Au,Ag)的方法。首先,介绍了现代主要的干式电选技术、该技术是基于矿渣组分的电性质差异,来回收矿渣中的有用物质的。其次,介绍了关于电场梯度力(典型的非均匀电场)的主要理论见解,该理论阐述了这些梯度力与其他力一起作用在分选过程中的混合物颗粒上的机理,由于这些力的联合作用,使得混合物中的金属颗粒富集在混合物表面,形成一表面层。最后,根据对该表面层的化学分析,得出了试验结果。
This paper presents a method to recover low-grade non-ferromagnetic components (Au, Ag) from slag using a gradient force. First of all, the main modern dry-type electrowinning technology is introduced. This technology is based on the difference in electrical properties of the slag components to recover the useful substances in the slag. Secondly, the main theoretical insights on the gradient force of electric field (typical non-uniform electric field) are introduced. The theory describes the mechanism by which these gradient forces act together with other forces on the mixture particles during the sorting process. Due to the combined effect of these forces So that the metal particles in the mixture are enriched in the mixture surface to form a surface layer. Finally, based on the chemical analysis of the surface layer, the experimental results were obtained.
