TS、TP在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的检测非小细胞肺癌标本中胸苷酸合成酶(Thymidylate Synthase,TS),胸苷磷酸化酶(Thymidine Phosphorylase,TP)表达情况,评价TS、TP表达与患者年龄、性别、病理类型及肿瘤分期等的关系,探讨TS、TP的临床病理学意义。方法选择可手术的非小细胞肺癌患者,手术前未接受任何方案的化疗或放疗,采用免疫组织化学染色的方法对手术切取的非小细胞肺癌组织中TS、TP的表达进行检测。结果 85例标本中,分别有56.7%和70.8%的肿瘤组织TS、TP呈高表达,TS与TP表达呈明显正相关,TS表达水平与患者的年龄、性别、病理类型及肿瘤分期无关,TP表达水平与患者的年龄、性别、病理类型及肿瘤T分期,TNM总分期无关,但是,TP的表达水平在不同的N分期中存在显著差异。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中,TS、TP广泛过表达,TP表达水平与淋巴结转移相关,TP高表达可能促进淋巴结转移。 Objective To detect the expression of Thymidylate Synthase (TS) and Thymidine Phosphorylase (TP) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) specimens and evaluate the relationship between TS, TP expression and age, sex, pathological type and tumor stage Etc., to explore the clinicopathological significance of TS and TP. Methods Patients with operable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were selected. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy was given before surgery. The expression of TS and TP in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The TS and TP were highly expressed in 56.7% and 70.8% of the 85 specimens respectively. TS and TP were positively correlated with each other. The expression level of TS was not related to the age, sex, pathological type and tumor stage The expression level was not related to the patient’s age, sex, pathological type, tumor T stage and TNM stage. However, the expression level of TP was significantly different in different N stages. Conclusion TS and TP are over-expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissues, and the expression of TP is correlated with lymph node metastasis. High expression of TP may promote lymph node metastasis.
