当前正处于经济全球化的时代,经济全球化在带来巨大全球财富的同时也加剧了全球贫富差距。很多国家的科技日新月异,经济飞速发展,人民安享幸福生活,但与此同时不少国家的人民却日夜生活在水深火热之中,享受不到最基本的生存权和发展权,这些问题的出现引发了众多学者对全球正义的探究和热议,因为经济全球化所带来的问题既不利于全球经济持续稳定的发展,也影响到全球范围内的和平、安全与稳定。托马斯·博格1是全球正义的积极倡导者和推行者,尽管全球正义最早出现于古希腊的犬儒学派,但正是博格对全球正义的推动,才使“全球正义”这一概念在全球范围内流传开来。
